A few things I forgot to mention!

A pretty picture to brighten your day!!!

Ok, when you have not updated for awhile it is hard to remember it all and put in only the highlights; but there are a few things I forgot. Brad and Jake both recieved high honors and citizenship awards at the end of the school year!! We are so proud of them. They are both 1st on the waiting list to get into the school we and they want to attend in the fall(pray that happens). Brittany is going to be attending Brentwood in the fall for Kindergarten and is going to have an excellent teacher(pray the transition goes well) Shannon switched to 3rd shift at work(pray he can get back to first) I still enjoy producing the Home Connection TV Show for Century 21 Bradley, and Shannon is going to start trying to ride his bike to work again after a 2.5 year rest.

Also we just found out today that Brittany has to have minor surgery in the next couple of weeks to test her reflux issue and take biopsy's of her esophogus, stomache, and I believe her intestine to test for several different things. She will be put under for the procedure and they will do the biopsy's and insert a device in her esophogus to test the reflux issues. We will then have to log all of her activities for 48 hours including movements, drinking, eating and anything else a she does. So please pray that all goes well for her and us through this procedure. I will update more when I get more info on when this will occur.

Ok, I think that should do it for now. I will do my best to update more frequently!!

We are still here!!

Ok, it has been awhile I know! Sorry! Life tends to get very busy. We are in full swing with baseball. The boys are having a blast. We start tournaments on Saturday and they last about a week and then we are into All Stars which goes to the end of July if the boys are chosen. Then you add a little football, swimming, and horses into the mix and you have a busy house!! Football practice actually starts the week after the 4th with opening day being July 26. The boys are on separate football team and separate baseball teams so it can be quite a juggling act at time. Brittany is loving her swim team and she is doing great on the horse again this year. Well, since it has been awhile I thought I would share some pictures from over the last few months so here they are.

Colts Rule

The boys finally have a decorated room of their own! For once the boys agreed on something. They both wanted a Colts room so that is what they got. They are both very happy. Brad has the blue side and Jake has the white side.

Drama in the house

Well, Brad has now entered the world of orthodontics. He had the "blessing" of getting both a top and bottom retainer yesterday. Although it did not hurt he has yet to figure out how to eat. He is now convinced he will starve to death in the next 6 months. If anyone has suggestions to help things go better for him please feel free to give us ideas.

Something worth praying about!!

Hey there everyone! I came across this blog on a friends blog the other day, this family could certainly use your prayers.
Tricia has cystic fibrosis and just delivered a baby at 25 weeks. (We know what that is like) She was getting ready for a lung transplant when she found out she was pregnant. She is not doing well and needs to get stronger before she can be put on the list. Check out her husbands blog and you can read her story and get updates. They are a Christian family and would appreciate your prayers.

Helping with dishes

OK, dad wins the most patient award for this one! Brittany loves to help with the dishes, unfortunately her help usually means twice the clean up. I am not sure if there was more water in the sink, on the floor or in her stomache?!
